Looking for after-school care?

Check out our school-age programs.

Discover the amazing world of learning at our fun and engaging after-school program for elementary students.

Our hands-on, inquiry-based activities in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) and the creative arts allow children to explore their interests and unleash their imaginations. Not only will they have fun, but they'll also develop important social skills like making choices, working with others, and taking responsibility.

Our program has been growing rapidly in recent years, and we now offer after-school care for Grove, Northpoint, Prairieland, Towanda, and Colene Hoose students, with transportation provided between the schools and our center on Woodbine Road.

We also operate off-site after-school programs at Pepper Ridge, Hudson, and Benjamin Elementary Schools. Don't miss out on the opportunity for your child to thrive and discover their passions.

After-School Progra (On-Site)

After School Program
(On-Site at Scribbles)

At Scribbles Center for Learning, Inc., we believe that after-school should be more than just homework and snack time. That's why our after-school program is designed to give children the opportunity to socialize with their peers, eat nutritious snacks, and complete their homework with the help of our dedicated teachers. But we don't stop there. We also provide a balance of fine and gross motor activities, and a play-based curriculum that emphasizes the project approach. This means that your child will not only learn, but they'll have fun doing it too!

After School Care is available onsite at Scribbles for students attending Grove, Northpoint, Prairieland, Towanda and Sugar Creek Elementary Schools. It is held Monday-Friday from 2:30-5:30 pm. Students will be bussed directly from their school to Scribbles at 1415 Woodbine Rd. in Bloomington.

Don't wait, give your child the opportunity to learn and play in a fun and engaging environment.

School-Age Camps

School-Age Camps

Looking for full day care for school holidays, or a fun, educational childcare option for summer or winter break? Check out our School-Age Camp Programs!

In addition to after school care, we provide full day camp programs for most Unit 5 school holidays, including Winter Break and Spring Break.  We also have a wonderful Summer Camp program for our school-age children filled with fun and memorable activities including field trips, exploration and summertime events.

Summer Camp at Scribbles Center for Learning, Inc. is a time for fun with friends – old and new!  We are busy every day exploring new and exciting adventures through our mini-camps which allow children to choose their favorite topic to study with coordinating activities and field trips.  We set aside time for swimming, water play, and sprinkler parks; participate in a summer reading program; and enjoy getting to know our community through trips to many child-friendly locations.

We recognize the need to keep children learning over the summer months and follow a hands-on, project approach curriculum to allow children to discover science, explore nature, and engage in the creative arts to keep those skills fresh!
